Private and comfortable house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Es Pujols, about 400 m from the center towards Punta Prima and 200 m from the sea. It consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is the entrance with a large living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom/toilet with shower and 2 spacious terraces. On the first floor with sea views there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with two single beds (90 x 190) and the other with a double bed (180 x 190), a full bathroom and a balcony.
The house has a nice garden surrounded by plants where there is a grill, an outdoor shower and a parking space. You can also use the communal pool in the apartments. Morans located directly next to the house about 50m away.
